Welcome to CanPlay. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of canplay-bet.com and all services we offer. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By registering with us, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
If you don't agree with any part of these terms, don't use our platform.
CanPlay operates canplay-bet.com as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Canadian players. For players located in Ontario, CanPlay operates under an agreement with iGaming Ontario (iGO), the provincial agency responsible for regulating online gambling in Ontario. Our services are intended solely for residents of Canadian provinces where online gambling is legally permitted.
To open an account and use our services, you must meet all of the following requirements:
We reserve the right to ask you to verify your eligibility at any time. If you can't provide satisfactory verification, we may suspend or close your account.
You can only hold one account with CanPlay. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in the forfeiture of any winnings and the closure of all associated accounts.
When you register, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It's your responsibility to keep your account details current. If we discover that you've provided false information, we may close your account immediately.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Don't share your password with anyone. If you think your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us right away at [email protected].
Canadian law and our regulatory obligations require us to verify your identity before you can make withdrawals, and sometimes before you can deposit. This process is commonly called Know Your Customer (KYC).
We may ask you to provide documents such as a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. We aim to process verification requests as quickly as possible. Until verification is complete, certain account features may be restricted.
All transactions on CanPlay are processed in Canadian dollars (C$). We support a range of payment methods, which are listed on our banking page. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to you. We don't send funds to third parties. Processing times vary depending on your chosen method, and we'll always give you an estimated timeframe when you submit a withdrawal request.
We reserve the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This is to protect you and to comply with our anti-money laundering obligations.
From time to time, CanPlay offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer if we believe it's being abused or exploited. Attempting to manipulate bonus terms, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play, may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.
All games available on CanPlay use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real dealers operating under controlled conditions. Game results are fair and independently tested.
You agree to play fairly and in good faith. The following are strictly prohibited:
If we detect any of the above, we'll suspend your account, investigate, and may void any winnings generated through prohibited activity.
CanPlay is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We offer a range of tools to help you stay in control of your play, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options.
You can access these tools through your account settings at any time. If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to use these tools and to seek help from a professional organisation.

Ontario players can also self-exclude through the GameSense programme administered by iGaming Ontario. Self-exclusion is a serious commitment. If you self-exclude, you must not attempt to open a new account or circumvent the exclusion in any way.

We won't be liable for any losses you suffer as a result of technical issues, service outages, or factors outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of our services is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province in which you reside. For Ontario players, disputes may be subject to the dispute resolution process established by iGaming Ontario.
If you have a complaint, please contact our customer support team first at [email protected]. We'll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. If we can't reach a resolution, you may have the right to escalate the matter to the relevant provincial regulator.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or regulatory obligations. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice on the site. Continued use of CanPlay after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
